By accessing or using PulseJob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulseJob is a job application automation platform that helps users apply to job listings on LinkedIn and other job boards. The Service includes a web dashboard and a Chrome browser extension.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using PulseJob, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pulsejob.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in job applications
• Use the Service to spam employers or apply to jobs you are clearly unqualified for
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with third parties

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of PulseJob require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of PulseJob and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PulseJob does not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Results vary based on individual qualifications, job market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
